The JDP Christmas Timetable 2013

by Computare on 12/05/13

We will be closed from Friday 20th December and reopening again on Monday 6th January 2014. This means that we will have to process some payrolls in advance so that you can pay your employees over the Christmas period.

If your payroll is standard each week or month then we will process your payroll as normal.  However, if you wish to make any changes over Christmas and the New Year please let us know in advance. (e.g. bonus payments or salary changes).

If your payroll is variable monthly we would appreciate it if you could contact as soon as possible with the payroll figures, and at the very latest by Thursday 19th December.

If your payroll is weekly variable hours paid in arrears, please could you call, email or fax as follows:

  • For week ending Sunday 15th December (Pay dates between Monday 16th and Saturday 21st December) you will need to give us the payroll information by Monday 16th December at the very latest.
  • For week ending Sunday 22nd December (Pay dates between Monday 23rd and Saturday 28th December) we need projected figures. We will process the payroll in advance so that your staff can be paid during week ending Saturday 28th December. We appreciate that this will include some estimated figures but we will be able to run any necessary adjustments on our return.
  • For week ending Sunday 29th December (Pay dates between Monday 30th December and Saturday 4th January 2014) we will also need projected figures. We will process the payroll in advance so that your staff can be paid during week ending Saturday 4th January 2014. We appreciate that this will include some estimated figures but we will be able to run any necessary adjustments on our return.

We will process all payrolls for the week ending Sunday 5th January (pay dates between Monday 6th and Saturday 11th January 2014) on our return as normal.

If you need any advice or information to help you plan for the Christmas payrolls then please contact us via email or telephone.
