Christmas Payroll Processing Schedule

We will be closed from Monday 21st December, and will be reopening again on Monday 4th January 2016. This means that we will have to process some payrolls in advance in order for you to pay your employees for the Christmas period.
If your payroll is standard every week or month, we will process as normal. However, if you wish to make any changes for these particular weeks over Christmas and New Year, then please inform us in advance. (i.e. bonuses or salary changes).
If your company is a variable monthly payroll, we would appreciate it if you could contact us as early as possible with the payroll figures, and at the latest by Friday 18th December.
If your company is weekly variable hours paid in arrears, please could you call or e-mail us as follows:
A) For week ending Sunday 20th December (pay dates between Monday 21st and Saturday 26th December) you will need to give us the payroll information by Monday 21st December at the latest.
B) We will also need the projected figures for week ending Sunday 27th December (pay dates between Monday 28th and Saturday 2nd January.) We process the payroll in advance so that the payment can be made during week ending Saturday 2nd January. We appreciate that this will include some estimated figures but we will be able to run any necessary adjustments on our return.
We will process all payrolls for the week ending Sunday 3rd January (pay dates between Monday 4th and Saturday 9th January 2016) on our return Monday 4th January 2016.
